What Ro costs

Ro advertises a $39 first month of membership, followed by $149/month on the monthly plan. Lower monthly equivalents require prepayment: $99 on a three-month plan, $89 on a six-month plan and $74 on an annual plan. Medication is extra.² The annual figure is a prepaid rate, not an available $74 monthly subscription.

The page lists Wegovy pills from $149/month and pens from $199/month. These are medication starting prices; check your dose, offer conditions and any medication prepayment separately from membership. Ro describes provider support, dose adjustments, side-effect management and insurance assistance as parts of its service.² Insurance help does not guarantee coverage.

Before paying, request two totals: the first charge and the charge after introductory pricing ends. Check whether membership and medication have different renewal dates, whether a multi-month payment is refundable, and what happens if treatment is unsuitable after you have joined.

Does Ro offer the Wegovy pill?

Yes: the current pricing page explicitly lists the Wegovy pill.² Wegovy's current prescribing information includes an oral tablet for eligible adults.¹ The prescription should identify the exact medicine and formulation; Rybelsus is a distinct branded oral semaglutide product. When Ro may make sense

Ro is worth considering if you want online prescribing support and insurance assistance and understand the separate membership charge. Compare it with care through your existing clinician, using your actual insurance benefits or cash quote. Avoid assuming that a pharmacy savings offer is available to everyone or that it automatically makes one route cheapest.
