Contact Semawise
The easiest way to reach us is email: ask@semawise.com. A real person reads every message that comes in.
One inbox for corrections, provider updates and press. A subject line that says which one helps it reach the right pile.
What to write to us about
- Corrections. If a price, a date, a disclosure or a fact on any page is wrong, tell us. Include the page address, the sentence you think is wrong, and where you saw the correct version (a link to the company’s own page is ideal). We check it against the original source, and material fixes go in the corrections log.
- Provider updates. If you run or work for a telehealth program we cover and your prices, plans, pharmacy or terms have changed, send us the page on your own site where the change is published. We update reviews from the company's public pages, so a public link is what we need. Updates are not paid, and a commercial relationship does not change what a review says.
- A provider we don't cover yet. Tell us the name and we will look at its public pricing and terms. We aim to review every provider people are asking about.
- Press and research questions. Journalists and researchers can ask about our price data, our pharmacy disclosure tracking, or how a figure on the site was found.
- Questions about how the site works. Including how we are funded; the short answer is on how Semawise makes money.
What we can't help with
We are not a pharmacy, a clinic or a telehealth provider, so we cannot see your account, change an order, process a refund or cancel a subscription. For those, contact the company you signed up with directly; its support details are on its own website.
We also cannot give personal medical advice, including whether semaglutide is right for you, what dose to take, or what to do about a side effect. Please ask a licensed clinician or pharmacist. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911.
What to expect
A person reads the inbox. We can’t promise a personal reply to every message, but every correction report is checked against the original source, and if the page is wrong we fix it and update its date. If you do not want your name used, say so; we never publish a reader’s name or email address without asking.
You can read how we research and correct pages in our editorial policy, and who writes the site on our about page.
