Price, exactly as they publish it
$199/month membership with an initial three-month commitment — $597 total, billed in monthly instalments — renewing one month at a time after that. Medication is explicitly excluded and no cash price for it is published at any dose; Calibrate states only that GLP-1s “for most members with commercial insurance should be $25/month or less, after any deductible is met”.

The verdict
Calibrate sells the wrap-around rather than the vial, and it is unusually plain about that: the monthly figure buys a video visit with a prescribing clinician, structured coaching across food, sleep, exercise and emotional health, and someone to work your insurance — and it prescribes only FDA-approved brand products, never a compounded copy. What it does not buy is the drug. No medication price is published at any dose, and the model quietly assumes your commercial plan pays; if the plan says no, no cash fallback is quoted anywhere. Individual members also commit to three months before they can move to monthly, and labs are required and billed separately with no fee stated. With coverage, this is a coherent offer for the supported version of treatment. Paying cash, you cannot even estimate what it costs.

- You are paying cash — no medication price is published, so the total is unknowable before you enrol
- You will not commit to three months up front, which individual membership requires
- You want a compounded option as a cheaper route; there is not one here at any dose
- You object to a programme fee that is explicitly not covered by insurance sitting on top of the drug
How the programme actually works
Calibrate sells the wrap-around, not the vial. $199/month buys a 20-minute video visit with a prescribing clinician, 1:1 video coaching across food, sleep, exercise and emotional health, and insurance navigation — and it prescribes only FDA-approved brand products (Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Foundayo), never a compounded copy. The medication is billed separately and Calibrate publishes no price for it: the model assumes your commercial insurance pays, and the site states most insured members should land at $25/month or less after any deductible. There is no published self-pay fallback if your plan says no. The membership itself is HSA/FSA eligible but explicitly not covered by insurance, and it carries a stated “+10% weight loss guaranteed or you're eligible for money back”.

What it does well
