What will Wegovy or Ozempic actually cost you?
The sticker price is rarely the price you pay. Pick a product, how you're paying, and add any telehealth membership fee, and this tool estimates your monthly and annual out-of-pocket cost using the current-2026 numbers from our cost guides. It's an estimate to plan around, not a quote — prices and eligibility change.
Read before you use this
This is an educational cost estimate, not financial or medical advice, and not a price quote. It is not a dosing tool — it tells you nothing about how much medicine to take. Every figure is dated as of June 2026 and drawn from our published cost guides; prices, programs, and eligibility change often and vary by pharmacy, plan, and dose. The manufacturer savings card requires commercial insurance that already covers the drug and excludes Medicare, Medicaid, and TRICARE by law. Treat every number here as a starting point to verify with NovoCare and your own insurer before you budget or buy.

Estimate only, as of June 2026 — prices, programs, and eligibility change. Verify the current figure with NovoCare and your insurer before budgeting. The savings-card range assumes commercial insurance that already covers the drug; government plans (Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE) are excluded from the manufacturer savings card by law.
How it is calculated. Monthly total = medication price for your chosen product and payment route (as stated in our 2026 cost guides) + your optional membership fee. Annual = monthly × 12. Where a route gives a range (for example, the savings card at $0–$50, or list price at $1,300–$1,350), the output is a range too. Worked example: Wegovy via NovoCare self-pay (~$499) with a $99/mo membership = $598/month = $7,176/year.
Understand the price landscape
A monthly number is the easy part. Which route you actually qualify for, whether your plan covers it, and whether the spend is worth it are the parts that matter — read these next:
