Hims & Hers pivoted to brand-name FDA-approved options after a 2026 settlement with Novo Nordisk, so what it sells now is real Wegovy, oral Wegovy and Zepbound through an authorised channel — its legacy compounded semaglutide is being phased out by the middle of 2026 and only for existing patients. The platform is large and well known and the visits are app-based. The cost structure is the problem: a recurring membership is billed on top of the medication, that membership does not guarantee you a prescription, and brand-name pricing runs above the compounded rows on this board.
