The price is the same at every dose and covers the visit, medication and shipping. It is billed every four weeks on the monthly plan, or once a year at a lower monthly equivalent. Where state law requires it, as in New York, the clinician visit is live by video. It serves 44 states and excludes Alabama, Arkansas, California, Louisiana, Mississippi and North Dakota.

- Pay, then fill in the detailed medical questionnaire from your email or Medical Portal.

Does Sprout Health charge more for a higher dose?
No. Sprout charges the same at any dose, so moving up leaves your bill where it was; only the plan length changes the price. When I was titrating, that alone would have saved me a lot of math.
Is the Sprout monthly plan really billed monthly?
Not quite. It bills every four weeks, which works out to thirteen charges a year. The twelve-month plan is billed once a year at a lower monthly equivalent.
Which states can't use Sprout Health?
Alabama, Arkansas, California, Louisiana, Mississippi and North Dakota. Its terms list the 44 states it serves, so find yours there before you take the quiz.
What happens if a Sprout clinician says no?
Your order is canceled and refunded, its how-it-works page says. Separately, canceling before a provider reviews your intake gets the whole charge back.
Can I still get brand-name Wegovy through Sprout?
Not from what its site offers today. Every plan on its pages is compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, so if you want the brand-name pen, you will need another provider.
