Compounded semaglutide (or tirzepatide) ships as a weekly injectable at the same price at every dose, filled by one of three pharmacies its Terms name. Cancel any time from your account; an order is refunded in full if you cancel before it ships. The coaching, nutritionist and at-home lab membership is announced but not yet on sale.

Only once a clinician issues a prescription. You authorize the charge when you submit your intake, but you aren't billed until then, and if you're not prescribed you pay nothing.

Can I ask for a video visit with yourEra?

Yes, at no extra charge. Most prescriptions are decided from your written answers, but its Terms say you can request a live video or phone visit at any time.

Which pharmacies fill yourEra orders?

Its Terms name three: MediVera Compounding Pharmacy, Galleria Medical Pharmacy and VialsRx. Which one fills yours depends on what's prescribed and where you live, so ask support if it matters to you.

Does yourEra accept HSA or FSA funds?

Many members use them, according to yourEra, but it doesn't bill insurance or file claims for you. Check with your plan administrator that a compounded GLP-1 counts as an eligible expense.

Is the yourEra Optimum membership available yet?

Not yet. It's listed as coming soon, with coaching, a nutritionist, an at-home lab draw and wearables. When it launches, it will need an active treatment program alongside it.
