What Calibrate currently sells

Calibrate describes clinician-prescribed GLP-1 treatment, one-to-one video coaching, a curriculum, tracking tools and insurance-navigation support. The current pricing page requires an initial three-month membership commitment totaling $597, collected as $199 monthly installments. It excludes lab tests and prescription medication from membership.⁴

Ask what happens after those first three months, how renewal works and when you must cancel. Paying in monthly installments does not mean you can leave the initial commitment after one month without further charges. Do not infer later refund or renewal terms from the headline alone.

Membership price is not the treatment total

Calibrate says its membership is not covered by insurance. It advertises low medication copays for many commercially insured members after deductibles, but your own plan determines coverage and cost.⁴ Get a benefits check for the exact medication and indication, then add your lab responsibility and membership. Insurance navigation cannot make an excluded benefit covered.

A conditional refund offer does not guarantee a clinical outcome or make medication and lab fees refundable.

Is the coaching worth paying for?

I would decide based on the coaching schedule, access to a clinician and whether I would use the curriculum consistently. Ask who covers urgent questions and what happens to prescribing and refills if membership ends. Wegovy's prescribing information supports treatment alongside diet and activity; it does not establish that Calibrate outperforms another provider.¹ Selected success stories cannot answer that comparison either.
