Noom offers several medication tracks, so “Noom semaglutide” does not identify a single product or price. Decide which medication and payment model you are comparing before judging the app's value. What Noom Med includes

Noom's published offer combines clinician assessment with its digital behavior-change program. The GLP-1 program cards checked below include clinical care, medication and the digital program without requiring insurance.² That does not establish that the medication supplied is FDA-approved Wegovy: confirm the exact product for your selected plan.

The practical question is what appears on your prescription and invoice. Ask for the drug's name, whether it is compounded, the dispensing pharmacy, the supply length and the clinician contact route. For a compounded option, read the current regulatory context; a marketing term such as “microdose” does not establish FDA approval or prove fewer side effects.

How to compare the price

The official page listed three bundled offers on October 14, 2026:²

Noom's own pages disagree on the standard GLP-1 Rx renewal price. The pricing index says $249/month; the linked GLP-1 Rx program page says $279/month, billed as $837 for a recurring 12-week supply. Both were checked October 14, 2026.^2,3 Confirm the actual 12-week invoice and later renewal amount in writing rather than assuming the lower rate applies.

These are different plans, not three prices for the same semaglutide prescription. Ask which drug and dose the clinician recommends. The starter price is not the ongoing rate, and quarterly billing is a larger payment than the monthly equivalent shown. Confirm the complete amount due, supply length, renewal date and cancellation deadline before paying.

The separate GLP-1 Rx Program Telehealth for Branded Med card lists $39 to start, then $129/month after month one, billed quarterly, with medication excluded.² Add the prescribed drug's copay or cash price before comparing this track with a bundled program. Its later fee covers access and services, not a $129 supply of Wegovy.

Does the coaching make the medication work better?

Wegovy's approved use pairs medication with a reduced-calorie diet and increased activity.¹ That supports discussing nutrition and activity with your clinician. It does not prove that Noom's particular app improves outcomes over another provider, or that its coaching will maintain your weight after stopping medication. Trials involving intensive behavioral therapy cannot establish the added effect of an unrelated commercial app.

I would judge the app on whether its lessons, tracking and support are useful enough to keep using. Ask to see what coaching is included, whether it involves a person, and how often that support is available. WeightWatchers Clinic is another program to compare on the same questions.
