Vyvron Review (2026): $199 Semaglutide, Every 4 Weeks

Vyvron (vyvron.com) sells compounded semaglutide on its Start tier at $199 — and the fine print says "per 4 weeks, billed every 4 weeks", while the same page prints "$199/mo" a few hundred pixels away.¹ Four weeks is not a month. Thirteen four-week cycles fit in a year, so the real annual cost at that rung is $2,587, not the $2,388 the monthly framing implies.

That is not a hidden fee, and it is not a scam. It is a mislabelled unit, and it costs you one extra charge a year that never appears in the headline. We checked Vyvron in August 2026, and it is one of two things you should understand before enrolling.

The semaglutide rung, described accurately

$199 every four weeks, auto-renewing until you cancel, and the Start tier is semaglutide only.¹ It is the only genuinely recurring rung on the site, and — the labelling aside — it is a fair one. There is no prepay commitment attached to it, no membership fee stacked on top, and no dose-tiered escalation, which puts it in reasonable company against the rest of our price-ordered semaglutide board.

If you want the honest annual figure to compare against a monthly provider, use $2,587. And if you are on semaglutide for the long haul — which, per how long people stay on it, most people are — that extra cycle compounds every year you stay.

There is no monthly tirzepatide plan at all

Vyvron's weight-loss page shows three tiers, which look like three prices. They are not three prices of the same kind.

• •Transform, badged "most popular" — displayed as $285/mo, charged as $790 once, for twelve weeks of tirzepatide.
• •Premium — displayed as $248/mo, charged as $2,981 once, for a full year.¹

So the smallest tirzepatide purchase available anywhere on the site is $790 up front. There is no way to buy Vyvron tirzepatide for one month, which is why we file no monthly tirzepatide figure for this provider at all rather than dividing a prepay total and calling the result a monthly rate.

The $285 is also arithmetically strange. It spreads $790 across roughly 2.77 calendar months. Spread the same $790 across three four-week cycles — the cadence the site actually bills on — and it is $263. Two different definitions of "per month" are in use inside a single pricing table. If you are weighing the molecules rather than the sellers, semaglutide versus tirzepatide is the comparison worth making before you look at any of these numbers.

Founding rates, and a counter that does not count

Vyvron advertises founding-member pricing: $199 per four weeks for weight loss, $149 for its microdosing program and $189 for longevity, against post-founding list rates of $249, $179 and $229.¹

Its homepage program cards disagree with its program pages. The homepage shows microdosing at "$179/mo" — the post-founding list rate presented as the current one — and longevity at "$145/mo", which is the cheapest single longevity product rather than the program rate. We take the program pages, because that is where the enrolment button and the billing disclosure live. When two surfaces of a site disagree about price, the one attached to the checkout is the one that will bill you.

"100 of 100 founding spots left" is a hardcoded constant behind a progress bar fixed at full width. It is not a live counter and it will never move.

What is genuinely good here

Clinical services run through OpenLoop Health and its affiliated medical groups, named in the privacy policy. OpenLoop is a real, substantial telehealth infrastructure company, and it is the strongest thing about this operator.

State disclosure is unusually precise and deserves credit: all 50 states plus DC, with a video visit required in Arkansas, DC, Delaware, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Rhode Island and West Virginia, and compounded GLP-1 unavailable in Mississippi — branded only. Almost nobody in this batch discloses at that resolution; Auren Rx publishes no state list at all.

Longevity products are priced individually: injectable NAD+ at $229, injectable sermorelin at $229, injectable B12-MIC at $145.

What is missing

No pharmacy is named. No prescriber is named and no NPI is published, so nothing can be checked against the national provider registry — which for a compounded product is the check that matters most, as our piece on compounded semaglutide's legal footing explains.

You are charged when you complete the intake, before a provider reviews it. A full refund is available only if you cancel within 72 hours with no services rendered, or if a provider medically disqualifies you. Cancelling requires 72 hours' notice ahead of the next billing date or you pay for that cycle anyway. Prepaid Transform and Premium plans refund only the months whose medication has not shipped — a meaningful exposure on a $2,981 annual charge.

Vyvron's testimonial section ships placeholder text saying patient stories will appear once written consent has been obtained from founding members. That is honest, and it is also an unambiguous statement that this company has no track record yet.

The regulatory screen

The trading name and its clinical partner both returned zero company-column matches in the FDA's live warning-letter index in August 2026, in a pass whose control query correctly returned a known February 2026 letter for an unrelated seller.² Clean — but a clean enforcement record on a company with no operating history is a weaker signal than the same record on an established one, because there has been less time for anything to go wrong.

Where it lands

If you want semaglutide and you budget thirteen charges a year instead of twelve, $199 per four weeks is a defensible price with no commitment attached. If you want tirzepatide, there is no monthly option and the entry ticket is $790 up front. If you want a provider with a patient history, this is not one yet — its own site says so.
