Is VitaStir worth it? The short answer
Our verdict
VitaStir is a Michigan injection clinic that ships monthly semaglutide kits, with B12 mixed in. Every dose's price is printed up front, so you can budget the whole ladder before you start. Everyone begins at month one, and nothing is refundable. If you already take semaglutide, ask the physician about your current dose before buying.
- Good for: You are new to semaglutide and want a low-cost first month
- Look elsewhere if: You already take semaglutide and want to continue at your current dose

Where this comes from →What it does well, and what to watch
What we like
- The month-one kit is the cheapest way in, and every dose's price is printed on the product page
- Each kit includes syringes, alcohol pads and a physician review, with no membership fee
- B12 is mixed into the semaglutide
- Instant refund if the physician does not approve you
What to watch
- The price climbs with each step up the dose ladder, to about three times the month-one kit at maintenance
- Every patient must start at the month-one dose, even if you already take semaglutide elsewhere
- All products are non-refundable once approved, and a subscription cannot be canceled once it has billed
- It says its pharmacies are PCAB-accredited but names none, and the company chooses which one fills your kit

How VitaStir works, start to finish
The Healthy Life Company USA, LLC d/b/a VitaStir runs vitamin-injection clinics in Michigan and an online home-kit service.
More about how it works
You buy a kit, a contracted physician reviews your history and may call within 24 hours, and the pharmacy ships it. Its semaglutide is compounded with B12 and follows a fixed monthly titration from 0.25 mg to a 2.5 mg maintenance kit; it also sells compounded tirzepatide kits and dozens of vitamin injections. The company picks the pharmacy by location and stock; it says its pharmacies are PCAB-accredited, with 503B manufacturers for sterile needs, but names none. It does not take insurance.
- Buy the month-one kit; every patient starts there.
- A physician reviews your history and may call within 24 hours.
- If the physician does not approve you, you are refunded at once.
- Once approved, your kit ships 2-day or overnight from the pharmacy.
- Order the next month's kit as your dose rises, up to maintenance.

Questions people ask about VitaStir
Does VitaStir's semaglutide cost more as the dose goes up?
Yes. Each month's kit has its own price, rising from the month-one kit to the maintenance kit at about three times as much. The full ladder is in the price box above.
Can I switch to VitaStir at my current semaglutide dose?
Its product page says every patient must start with the month-one dose. Ask the physician before ordering if you are already further along.
Why does VitaStir mix B12 into its semaglutide?
VitaStir says it adds B12 for energy, sleep-cycle regulation and a better patient experience. The B12 dose changes by month and is listed with each kit.
What is VitaStir's maintenance dose?
Its maintenance kit is 2.5 mg a week from month five, slightly above the 2.4 mg top Wegovy dose. Ask the physician whether that dose is right for you.
Can I return a VitaStir kit?
No. Its refund policy says all products are non-refundable because medication is ordered for each patient. You are refunded only if the physician does not approve you.
