Two disclosures only two other rows here make sit on the same card as a banner describing a prepay as a lifetime rate.

Price, exactly as they publish it

$175 a month for compounded semaglutide, month to month, the same at every dose from 0.25 mg to 2.4 mg, with the provider visit, injection supplies and cold shipping stated as included. Prepaid it is $165 a month over three months ($495) and $146 over six ($875). The banner's "$146/mo FOR LIFE" is that six-month prepay.

The verdict

Rx.com does two things this field almost never does: it prints that it will not automatically renew your plan on the plan card itself, and it names the pharmacy that dispenses your medication, with a street address, on the same page as the price. Both are worth more than they look — a subscription that re-bills itself and a vial from an unnamed source are the two most common complaints in this category. Then there is the banner, which describes a six-month prepay as a rate you keep for life and quotes the other molecule while doing it. Judge this one by the plan card. The site also contradicts itself on how many states it serves.

How the program actually works

An online GLP-1 program run by Rx Platform LLC. The full ladder sits on /weightloss before any intake, and the plan card states who dispenses: Manifest Pharmacy, 1018 S. Batesville Road, Greer, SC 29650, with MD Integrations named as the provider network. A licensed provider decides whether treatment is appropriate, and the card says that if it is not, you are not charged for medication.
