The verdict
Alloy's actual differentiator has nothing to do with price: every consulting doctor is certified by The Menopause Society, which is not a credential you will find elsewhere on this board, and the platform is built specifically around midlife women rather than adapted for them. The pricing has a catch worth reading closely. Compounded semaglutide is advertised from a low starting figure, but Alloy's own page requires a separate monthly membership alongside every medication tier for ongoing clinician access — so the number that actually recurs each month is higher than the one in the headline.
