Amble semaglutide cost & review
By Sofia Mendez, Patient Education EditorPublished
One compounded GLP-1 price at every dose, and lower the longer you prepay.

Is Amble worth it? The short answer
Our verdict
Amble rewards commitment. Its compounded GLP-1 injection costs the same at every dose, and prepaying six months cuts the monthly rate by about a quarter, with supplies, cold shipping and physician check-ins included. Prepaid months are final once medication ships, and the plan card says only GLP-1, so confirm you are getting semaglutide first.
- Good for: You are ready to commit to three or six months for a lower rate
- Look elsewhere if: You want to try one month at the lowest rate before committing

What it does well, and what to watch
What we like
- One price at every dose, so stepping up never changes the bill
- Six months prepaid brings the monthly rate down by about a quarter
- Supplies, cold shipping, physician review and monitoring are all included
- Secure 24/7 messaging plus scheduled check-ins with your physician
What to watch
- The plan card says only "compounded GLP-1"; the molecule is named in the safety information below it. Confirm which one you will receive before you pay
- Multi-month plans are paid up front, and nothing is refunded once any medication has been dispensed
- Cancel future renewals at least 15 days before your billing date, by email or in your dashboard, or the next cycle may be charged
- No dispensing pharmacy is named: its terms name only the pharmacy network company it works through

How Amble works, start to finish
Amble Health Inc., based in Cortland, Ohio, connects you with licensed physicians in all 50 states (some exclusions apply).
More about how it works
Its plan card sells a compounded GLP-1 injection, and its safety information names compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide as what its physicians may prescribe; it also sells a GLP-1 plus GIP bundle. Medication is dispensed by state-licensed 503A or 503B pharmacies through a pharmacy network company named in its terms and cold-shipped to your door. A physician reviews your intake, with a live video or phone visit where state law requires, and you get 24/7 messaging and scheduled check-ins. HSA and FSA cards are accepted. Its weight-loss figures come from a survey of its own members' self-reported weights.
